I’ve followed Freelee since 2012, but nothing prepared me for how transformative this course would be. I always considered myself a vegan foodie—someone who lived to eat. Every workout, every holiday—food was at the center. I thought that was just how I’d always be.

I’m so glad I joined Freelee’s VIP group and 12-month course! I’d been a pescatarian for five years and felt ready to go vegan, but I didn’t know how to make the transition in a sustainable way. Discovering Freelee’s socials was a game-changer. Through her, I learned about raw eating, especially starting the day with it.
