Refund policy

All products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

There is no refund for any Raw Till 4 Diet VIP Membership products.
Raw Till 4 Diet VIP Memberships can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel a membership you will still be a member for the reminder of the cycle you have paid for.
Cancelling any Raw Till 4 Diet VIP Membership mid cycle will not give you a refund for the remainder of the cycle.
Removing yourself from the Facebook Raw Till 4 Diet VIP group does not affect your subscription status, you have to cancel the subscription. Removing yourself from the Facebook Raw Till 4 Diet VIP group does not give you right to a refund.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the Raw Till 4 Diet VIP Membership Facebook group due to but not limited to harrasment of other members. Removal can be temporary or permanent. Removal is accompanied with subscription cancellation.

There is no refund for any of the eBooks or eBook bundles sold. They are digital items and therefore non-refundable.

There is no refund for any of the physical book bundles sold. They are customised items and therefore non-refundable. You will not recived a refund if you return physical book bundles, they are customised items. We will not pay any return fees.

There is no refund for the Recipe Planner for iPad & Apple Computers.
There is no refund for Private Coaching with Freelee.
There is no refund for Customised Binge-Busting Vegan Meal Plan by Freelee.
