The Hidden Belly Fat Inside Your Cells (Lipotoxicity & how sugar fixes it)

Posted by Freelee The Banana Girl on

Hey, It’s Freelee.

Influencers like Glucose Goddess (Jessie Inchauspé) try to tell you sugar causes belly fat, but the truth is, it’s the fat in your diet that’s storing around your belly and inside your cells. This is called lipotoxicity, or the hidden fat that blocks sugar from doing its job.

Here’s how it works:
When you eat too much fat, it builds up inside your cells. Glucose, your body’s main fuel, can’t get in. The sugar is left circulating in the blood, and your body can’t access it efficiently. You feel tired, crave fatty foods, and your metabolism slows down.

This is where most people go wrong, they cut carbs and sugar, thinking that will fix the problem. But it only makes things worse. Because the real issue isn’t sugar, it’s fat blocking sugar.

Here’s the surprising solution:
Add straight white sugar (Sun Crystals) to your fruit meals, in a low-fat context.

When you do this, you switch off foraging mode, that endless scavenging for chocolate, cheese, and oily junk. Sugar satisfies your cells fast, so your body doesn’t keep chasing calorie-dense foods. Over time, your fat intake drops naturally, your energy climbs, and your body begins clearing lipotoxicity.

Here’s what to focus on:
• Keep your dietary fat at around 5% of total calories.
• Eat plenty of fruit-based carbs and add Sun Crystals if needed to hit your daily carb target.

Fruit is the fix.
Sugar is the solution.
Lipotoxicity is the problem.

This is what I teach inside my 12-month fruit-based course. You’ll learn how to fuel your body for clean, steady energy and finally burn that deep belly fat without deprivation.
