What I Eat in a Day on a Fruit-Based Diet
I have been building the upcoming Frugivore Diet Course inside my VIP community, so today I want to give you a proper deep dive into what I actually eat in a day on a fruit-based diet.
Morning: Movement and Glow Water
I start with movement. A jog or working on the land. After that I have glow water. Around 800 ml of water, four tablespoons of sun crystals, frozen berries and lime. This replaces coffee and protein shakes. It replenishes liver glycogen and supports hydration without relying on stimulants.
Breakfast: Big and Banana-Based
Breakfast is usually 8 to 12 bananas. Sometimes with lime and sun crystals, sometimes blended. A large fruit meal early prevents later binge cycles and keeps energy stable. Undereating fruit is one of the biggest mistakes people make on a fruit-based diet.
Lunch: Mono Fruit
Mangoes, jackfruit or whatever is in season. I prefer chewing whole fruit rather than relying only on smoothies. Whole fruit supports digestion and satiety.
Dinner: Shine Diet Focus
Dinner is early, usually around 4 pm. I rotate between raw dinners and Shine Diet recipes based on cooked fruits and low starch vegetables. Breadfruit pizza and sunshine sushi are staples. Occasionally we use frozen fries. The oil content is minimal and still keeps daily fat around 5 to 10 percent of calories.
This approach supports insulin sensitivity and helps prevent lipotoxicity by keeping dietary fat low.
Movement and Structure
I average over 12,000 steps per day. Consistent movement combined with high carbohydrate, low fat intake supports metabolic health and long-term leanness.
