Alright onto the video. Ugh whey protein powder, with the plethora of research against dairy Freelee can’t believe this stuff is still a thing. Let’s take a look at the protein powder Stephanie Buttermore is affiliated with. As we know Stephanie is a cancer research scientist who is passionate about helping women SURVIVE so she should be very clued up on what she is eating and recommending to hundreds of thousands of young women right? Freelee thinks making sure her recommendations are nontoxic to her audience is of course vital.

The brand Pescience uses clever marketing by including the word ‘science’ in their brand name; trying to associate themselves with an area synonymous with authority and credibility in a consumers eyes. When hey, it’s just a fitness supplement brand. Marketing 101. One thing important to note here is protein powder is the world’s most widely consumed supplement. It is number one in a billion dollar industry so the marketing budget is HUGE. This stuff is everywhere and you better believe it they are actively funding bogus studies.

The truth is you do NOT need 2000lb bovine secretion protein in your human body. It is a cheap cruel waste product of the dairy industry. The dairy industry basically found a way to offload their slops to uneducated humans for premium price. Let’s look closer at it. 1 scoop has 45mg cholesterol? There is no need to ingest cholesterol from a bovines mammary glands when the human body makes its own cholesterol safely. You are just adding toxic load to your bloodstream.

250mg of sodium in one scoop is actually a lot of unnecessary sodium which is of zero health benefit and is just going to contribute to the edema and fluid retention that Stephanie Buttermore has been experiencing. Remember when it comes to weight loss, the excess sodium affects overall potassium balance for the day. Aim to reach the RDI of potassium (4700mg) and you will likely see your weight loss accelerate as the increased potassium helps the body eliminate excess sodium. Just add 5 bananas to your diet and it will change your life.

So next we see whey and casein, which are proteins derived from cow’s milk. This is a huge red flag especially seeing Stephanie is a cancer researcher. Casein has been identified as a cancer-causing carcinogen. Dr Colin Campbell established a solid link between animal protein and cancer.

We next find artificial sweetener Acesulfame potassium which is 200 times sweeter than sugar. Freelee is surprised Stephanie is ingesting this rubbish. Not only may it contain a known carcinogen but this stuff can really disrupt metabolic processes and interfere with appetite regulation, body weight and blood sugar control. Obviously not good if you are trying to heal your extreme hunger. When you ingest these sweeteners your body and brain awaits glucose or fructose (which is energy) to hit the bloodstream, but it gets none. And then you wonder why you are ravenous later on or in coming days. just have the sugar!

Methylmercury in tuna and microplastics ingested en mass by the sealife then heated and eaten by you. The long term disease causing implications are serious. it’s toxic food, simply not safe for consumption. Low in carbs, low in life.

Freelee lied about her qualifications on National TV!

In today’s video Freelee talks briefly about qualifications she's received in the area of fitness and nutrition and why she ‘lied’ on National TV in 2016.

Freelee also talks more about response series she may be doing on her new channel. Freelee intends on continuing the ‘eveything wrong with ______ diet” series. Freelee also has many other ideas for videos but one in particular will be where Freelee critiques the recommendations of Dietitian’s and Dr’s. She will particularly focus on when they critique others like the Canadian Dietitian Abbey Sharp does because there is SO much bad advice it’s literally scary. Freelee will also consider addressing peoples assumptions and rumours about her. Because we all know there are many out there seeing Freelee is the one who popularised veganism on YouTube. Lettuce know in the comments if you want to see that.

Freelee started her new channel due to the updated YouTube algorithm or AI (artificial intelligence) actively suppressing videos on her main channel. According to the analytics on her main channel her videos are getting suggested nowhere except on her own videos which everyone knows is useless if you want to reach a new audience. Also subscribers don’t really matter anymore as YouTube now decides which subscribers sees what videos, regardless of whether viewers want to see your vids or not. If you have particularly controversial content like Freelee does then this is particularly a problem on YouTube these days. Freelee also has an auto unsubscribe ‘bug’ on her channel that sometimes unsubscribes users up to 8 times. Freelee is hoping this channel can free her from that. Her   videos are no longer being suggested except on her own videos hence why Freelee is being dominated by the Dietitian, Abbey Sharp.

So as you can see Freelee called her new channel “The womens weight loss expert” Is it because freelee is ‘obsessed with weight loss’? No. Of course not. Freelee is all about health and well being, however, Freelee knows that most of the female demographic on YouTube wants to lose weight and are being sucked in by these duplicitous diet hucksters who are peddling unhealthy fad diets. This is close to Freelee’s heart. Freelee has also come from a past of ED and constant weight battles herself and like Freelee has said before; animal liberation and female liberation is basically her life’s work. It’s why freelee is here on YouTube, it’s why freelee is still doing what she is doing after over a decade on YouTube after so many have dropped off veganism.

Is Freelee an expert in the field of weight loss? Absolutely. The definition on an Expert is a person who is very knowledgeable about or skilful in a particular area. Freelee has received hundreds of weight loss and health testimonials over the years in addition to her own weight loss results. Results that she has maintained without caffeine, calorie restriction, diet pills or over exercising. So it’s safe to say YES this is one of her areas of expertise. Freelee is not going to hide the fact that she want to attract women wanting to lose weight to veganism. She wants to help get them off the diet merry go round forever and onto a healthy cruelty-free lifestyle. However, Freelee is not offering a quick fix or one that includes animal products so she is often hated for her approach. Freelee understand not everyone wants to eat Raw till 4 style and that’s why she is also supportive of a cooked high carb vegan approach.

So lets get onto her ‘lies’. Back in 2016 as a lot of you know Raw till 4 went viral amongst young females on YouTube and Freelee was getting some great coverage on National TV in Australia. In one appearance Freelee had a debate with a Dietitian. By the way yes Freelee will be responding to that meat and dairy pushing Dietitian, Abbey sharp who keeps getting suggested non stop just because she successfully rode the Raw till 4 and Freelee SEO wagon. Yes search engine optimisation, you can look it up. But that’s another vid.

So the interviewer David Campbell (who actually went vegan and lost a tonne of weight soon after) put Freelee on the spot so she had to stop and think for a moment. And you will notice in the interview Freelee looked a little unsure when she said “Australian Institute of Fitness” and the reason Freelee was unsure was because it was 11 years earlier. And rightfully so the Dean of the Institute came out and said Freelee had never studied at his institute and he was right Freelee hadn’t. She had meant to say “The Fitness Institute of Australia” not the “Australian Institute of Fitness”. Freelee thinks most people can grasp how easy it would be to mix up the two colleges seeing they both sound so similar. Since then people have been spreading around that freelee is a fraud that she never studied Nutrition or Fitness whatsoever. The reason Freelee didn’t refute this straight away is because she simply didn’t have a copy of her certification as it was in her mums closet who she wasn’t seeing regularly at the time. Luckily, after 11 years her mum still kept them.

But before this way back in 2000, yes 19 years ago when Freelee was 20 (when some of you were not even born yet) Freelee was already passionate about nutrition and actually wanted to become a dietitian. You have to understand Freelee has been at this for a long long time. She has been studying nutrition non-stop since she was in her late teens and that’s why she has the lean healthy results that she does. Freelee didn’t stop until she found the answer to a permanent lean healthy body.

So Freelee enrolled in College and was doing certificate 3 in Dietary Practices but pulled out because it was just unacceptable. Her teacher was not only obese but quite clueless. When a student asked questions the teacher often had to stop the flow of the class to look up the answer in a textbook. And then the answers… they disappointed Freelee even more! Post-op heart attack patients recommended a diet including processed meat. Maybe that’s changed in the past decade but Freelee highly doubts it. At this stage Freelee was already somewhat clued up about healthy eating form her own research and knew this was rubbish. This was just one example of why Freelee pulled out however at the time she did soldier on and completed the nutrition module. Freelee didn’t want to spend her time memorising misinformation. Next Freelee inquired at a Naturopathy school in the city of Sydney. Her  mum came with her. It was even worse, all the staff, yes ALL were ranging from obese to morbidly obese, the actual director of the college being the morbidly obese one. Freelee’s mum can confirm this. Both Freelee and her mum concluded these people obviously did not understand nutrition. So eventually Freelee started her own personal training business and that’s where Freelee became accredited.

So there you go, the only discrepancy here was where Freelee said ‘advanced nutrition’ after her initial statement of ‘certification in nutrition’. Advanced certification was for aerobic conditioning and resistance training so that was a fair mistake. Remember it was 11 years earlier. When you are on national TV there is no time to think, the TV station also had one of her videos playing in her ear during the interview which was extremely distracting Freelee was in a dark room without any screen and only ear buds so she couldn’t even see who she was talking to. She is surprised she did as well as she did.  

So that’s the truth of the situation, as you can see there was no intention to mislead, just honest mistakes on Freelee’s behalf which she has now clarified. So yes Freelee has studied nutrition and fitness extensively. This course in particular took her around a year to complete and although Freelee was working at the same time she found it intense. It was not a walk in the park and no Freelee doesn’t use the nutritional information she studied in her  recommendations because it is JUST PLAIN WRONG and based on food lobbyist recommendations . If Freelee did then she would still be overweight and unhealthy like Freelee used to be.

Freelee reviews Stephanie Buttermore's 5000 calorie diet

Freelee likes that Stephanie Buttermore promotes an ‘all in’ calorie approach. She’s never heard of any other Youtuber promoting this (besides herself) until now. As a lot of you know Freelee has been promoting the 2500 calorie figure for about a decade now and also the unlimited ‘all in’ calorie approach for years under the Raw till 4 or High Carb Vegan umbrella. Obviously where Stephanie and Freelee differ considerably of course is that Stephanie recommends eating anything at all in her approach even if it’s not really food. By the way hang around till the end of the video where Freelee gives Stephanie her 3 best tips to curb her extreme hunger.

So who is Stephanie Buttermore? Freelee has always been intrigued with peoples ethnicity and found out Stephanie is half Thai, half Canadian which would explain that beautiful hair and smile from Thailand; the land of smiles. She is 29 years old (so 10 years younger than Freelee) and around the same height as Freelee at 5’5. She is an ovarian cancer research scientist who holds a PHD in pathology and cell biology.

So like Freelee, Stephanie has been involved in body sculpting comps, extreme dieting and the gym rat lifestyle. For those of you who don’t know in Freelee's 20’s she ran her own successful personal training business for around 5 years and gained certification in nutrition, weight management, advanced aerobic conditioning and also advanced weight training from FIA (Fitness Institute of Australia). Freelee also dated a former Mr Australia Body builder. She talks about it in her new book: My naked lunchbox. So in this way Stephanie and Freelee have had a very similar dieting past.

Freelee is 100% supportive of honouring ones hunger cues (while eating under the high carb plant foods umbrella). Most of you know that. As Freelee always says it is so so important for healing. Calorie restriction for weight loss and metabolic healing DOES NOT WORK. Reverse dieting DOES NOT WORK. IT just leads you back to dieting and then you are there forever. YOU MUST BE FULLY SATISFIED AFTER EVERY MEAL for long term health and leanness.

Stephanie Buttermore ALL IN approach

Stephanie is clearly glucose and water depleted in the left picture where she is in a state of semi-starvation. On the right she started eating again and is naturally gaining glucose storage and water weight. Freelee speaks all about this in her Keto Diet debunked video which you can check out here.

So Stephanie has spoken about the hormones Leptin and Ghrelin in regards to her extreme hunger. Both of these hormones respond to how well fed you are. Leptin is a hormone involved in regulating our appetite, how much food we do actually eat and how much we weigh. Leptin basically signals to us to stop eating and glucose is obviously very important in this process. Ghrelin “the hunger hormone” on the other hand is a hormone produced in the stomach and released into the blood which helps stimulate hunger and makes us more likely to choose high calorie foods over low calorie foods. In regards to Stephanie's comments about having a puffy face and body. If you take a look at what kind of foods Stephanie was/is going ‘all in’ on (and Freelee is not talking about her 10,000 calorie challenges but even just recently) then you can easily understand why her face was sweating and puffy. High fat, high sodium animal product rich foods are the cause. It’s mostly fluid retention from toxic byproducts and excess sodium. This is why increasing potassium intake is really powerful in decreasing circulating sodium in the body because it helps your body flush the excess water weight. Hello bananas right?? 98% of Americans (and westerners) for instance are potassium deficient due to not enough plant foods, particularly fruit. This is another major reason Freelee is lean long term because potassium is crucial to optimal function of every one of the trillions of cells in our body.

Here are 3 things Freelee recommends Stephanie does straight away to curb her extreme hunger:

  • Increase her potassium intake to at least meet the minimum RDI of 4500mgs, this will aid the sodium potassium balance to help eliminate Stephanie's fluid retention issues and oedema. Plant foods are the best and safest source of potassium.
  • Increase her daily carbohydrate quota to 70% or more of cals from carbohydrates, this will assist her hunger by increasing circulating glucose which is the brain and bodies number one fuel source which simultaneously helps increase leptin release and decreases grehlin levels.
  • Significantly increase her fibre intake which in turn will increase satiety. Stephanie can do this by instantly removing all calories that are devoid of fibre. And they are of course - animal products.They are naturally of no nutritional benefit to the human frugivore. Remember this; there is nothing found in animal products that is essential to human health which isn’t already found in plant foods but there are PLENTY of disease-causing components that you don't want.

Stephanie will not be able to satiate her hunger or maintain a healthy weight eating all she cares for if she is not eating the right foods. She will have to continue calorie restricting for the rest of her life. If she jumps on a high carb vegan lifestyle, she will, like myself, Alicia and many other women - begin to  experience a level of satiation that she didn’t know was possible. Like I’ve said many time before I find it hard to even gain weight now.
