You are drinking water the WRONG WAY.

Hey it’s Freelee,

I’m 45 and I don’t do Botox, filler, or expensive serums.

My glow comes from one thing: true hydration.

Most people have been drinking water wrong their entire lives.
Plain water just passes through you, it doesn’t reach your cells.
That’s why you can drink litres a day and still feel dry, tired, or
dull.

I call this the Plum State vs. Prune State.

In the Plum State, your cells are plump, juicy, and full of life.
In the Prune State, they’re shriveled and dehydrated. Most people
are stuck in prune mode because their hydration is missing one key
ingredient: sugar.

In nature, water always comes with sugar, like in fruit. Plants
package water with glucose and electrolytes, creating the perfect
hydrating mix. That’s why fruit is juicy. Sugar is
osmotic
, it draws water into your cells
and locks it in.

When you drink plain water, most of it passes right through. But
when you add sugar, absorption increases by up to 40%. It’s the
same reason hospital IV drips contain glucose, it helps water enter
your cells.

I call this drink Glow Water: just water with a
teaspoon of sugar (sun crystals) and a squeeze of lemon or lime. It
hydrates faster, you pee less, and your skin literally glows.

This isn’t an anti-aging cream, it’s anti-aging
fuel
. Sugar is stored sunlight. Each crystal carries light
energy from the sun, captured by plants and passed to your cells.

Glow Water keeps your skin in the Plum State, hydrated, youthful,
and radiant from the inside out.
