I joined Freelee’s course to address some health concerns and from day one have experienced increased energy, joy and healing that I frankly thought would take a lot longer to experience. The course is scientific, knowledgeable and genius (obviously so is she!) and trust me, just try it, it’s based on understanding of the human body that doesn’t fail or fall apart from crazy trend-oriented nonsense that traps everyone in lies. This is the best thing Ive done for myself in years.

I’ve followed Freelee since 2012, but nothing prepared me for how transformative this course would be. I always considered myself a vegan foodie—someone who lived to eat. Every workout, every holiday—food was at the center. I thought that was just how I’d always be.
